About Us:
Hello and thank you for visiting our Active Rain Profile. Peter and I are former New Yorkers, who have happily and successfully transitioned into Floridians. Peter was born and raised in Naples Italy and moved to the United States in 1969. Dawn is a Brooklyn girl whose family moved to Staten Island in 1970. In 1983 Dawn and Peter met while Dawn was buying her first condo. Peter was the the Manager of Village Square Real Estate and helped Dawn purchase her first home. 25 years later we are working and living in Palm Beach County (otherwise known as New York South).
Peter's professional background also includes Builder/Developer. In the 1980's Peter and his partners built custom single family homes and townhouses.
Dawn was a Law Office Supervisor and Administrator for a Manhattan Law Firm specializing in all aspects of Real Estate. The BalzanoTeam has years of experience and we understand customer service, ethics, and hard work.
