Who IS Orlando Property Manager Dennis Burgess?

I'm a Property Manager- and a Realtor licensed in both Florida and Alabama.  Currently, I'm working with Legends Realty in Lake Mary, FL- and concentrating on work as both a leasing consultant and new business developer.

After more than 8 years as a Navy cryptologist, I worked a year on The White House's National Economic Council before a number of software engineering positions at Convergys and BellSouth. My first real estate and property management position followed, and I handled over 500 properties in my native Birmingham, Alabama.  I maintain my Alabama real estate license.

I've been in the Orlando area over 5 years now, and I've managed properties from Winter Park to Winter Garden, Oviedo to Ocoee, Davenport to Deltona- as well as Clermont, Mascotte and Mt. Dora.

I'll do my level best to provide outstanding, responsive and attentive service to any clients sent my way.  Got a tenant prospect?  Send 'em over.  Have a client that's looking to rent their home for the first time?  Send 'em over to someone they (and you) can trust to answer any questions they might have about the process.
