I have obtained the following designations and certifications that give me insight into the process of buying and selling homes:

1.  Certified Residential Speciatist (CRS) :  Training targeted in helping buyer and sellers- 4% of Realtors hold this desgnation.

2.  Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) :  Training with international clents relocating to Colorado and second homes.

3.  Historic Denver Landmark Realtor:  Training emcompasses information historic properties.

4.  ePro Technology Certified:  Training in the technology world including the Internet and technology tools.

Denver has many different styles of homes.  Denver was establised in the 1800's with homes first being built out of wood.  A fire burned most of the city down so an ordinance was passed that houses be made of brick or stone until after the WWII.

Examples of some Denver Houses Styles including: Victorian, FourSquare (Denver Square), Romanesque, Tudor and Bungalows .
