About us

I have been a realtor for the last 9 years, first starting out in South Florida and then moving to Ocala in 2002.  I also worked in the New construction industry for over 20 years, so I have a good handle on new construction and resale homes.  I've  lived in Florida since 1978, first Tampa, then the So. Florida area, and now in beautiful Ocala. 

I work with my son-in-law, Manny Lemus, who is also a realtor with Coldwell Banker Ellison Realty, Inc.  Between the two of us, we cover all of the Ocala/Belleview/ area.     I have full knowledge of Ocala's beautiful retirement communities, as well as the Marion Oaks subdivision, and the southwest area of the county.   Manny handles the southwest areas of Ocala, as well as the eastern parts of the county.  He is fluent in the Spanish language.

Both Manny and I are always taking classes to learn more about being a realtor.  I am presently in a year long coaching class to work Short Sales and foreclosures.  I also have earned the  CDPE designation and the  Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.
