I started Real Estate in 2000.  I am very knowledgeable of first time home buyer programs throughout the San Diego county area.  I can almost always at least get the first time homebuyer about $25,000 to use toward their purchase.  I also have experience selling million dollar homes as well.  Location and pricing is what really seems to sell these days.  Even tho we are in a very down market these days I am keeping busy!!  I think taking good pictures to put on the mls is the secret to selling listings these days..
