I love helping educate first time home buyers as well as working with the more experience consumer. I have earned the designation "G.R.I....Graduate Real Estate Institute.  As a former instructor for the real estate commission, I believe in keeping up to date with the real estate industry, local and state issues.  That benefits the buyers and sellers I'm working with.  I have rented homes for clients, sold them and resold them.  I've worked with generations of the same family. This has been my neighborhood since 1970.
