WRE offers the unique service of ASP MasterTM Staging and will transform your property from your home to a viable product in the marketplace. Although it's sometimes difficult to think of our home as a product, we will work as a team to gain that extra edge in the market and get top dollar for your property in the least amount of time.
What does Home Staging mean?
When you get ready to place your home on the market for sale it becomes a product. Similar to a product on the shelf at your local store, the product has features and benefits as well as pluses and minuses, and competition. To compete with the competition in the marketplace you must be priced right and look better than the other products. Homes are no different, your home is one of many homes for sale and you must present it to the buyers in the best possible light.
As a seller, you only have control over two factors:
(1) The List Price
(2) How Your Home Looks.
Staging is the process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of location, price or condition. Using a proven professional set of guidelines, wre an interiors consulting firm reviews your house for compliance with preset standards, and any modifications are made if necessary. Once your house meets these criteria, a Staged Home Certificate will be issued and your home will be registered as a Staged Home. This entitles your home to a special marketing program developed to promote those homes who have been designated as Staged Homes.

We have a step by step approach where we'll start by completing a phone consultation with you, followed by an Exclusive Report and Hands-On Staging. WRE has an inventory of decorative accessories and uses rental furniture when necessary. We work with you to minimize odors from pets, cooking and smoking. The Staged property will qualify for free marketing when Staging with WRE. To help sellers keep their homes in Staged condition while on the market, we provide Staging Guidelines.
