Contemporary Mortgage has been in business for over 21 years.  The original office is still in the same location in Altamonte Springs, FL.  Contemporary Mortgage also has 3 other locations in Orlando, Daytona Beach and Winter Garden.  Having a total of 4 locations and being licensed as a Mortgage Lender allows Contemporary Mortgage to be even more competitive by receiving "preferred rates" from lenders not only by having a larger "buying power" but also underwriting, funding and closing loans within Contemporary so your file never leaves our office.
