About Me
I have been with CV Escrow since 2002, and have worked my way up from receptionist to Administrative Manager. Before making my way into escrow, I had a career in retail - this was great training to learn customer service inside and out.
In working to insure that CV Escrow's office runs smoothly and seamlessly, I have implemented a number of policies that reflect my customer-service bias. I love to make people feel good, and to let them see how important they are in the interactions we're having. This passion for people is evident in the way I work with new employees - and, of course, in the way I deal with your clients.
Outside the office, I sponsor a racecar team, and most weekends you'll usually find me at the track. I grew up going to the races with my family, and am glad to be able to continue the tradition ... as well as the tradition of listening to country music - especially Chris Young and Kenny Chesney.
