About Nancy

NANCY GUNNING, REALTOR ASSOCIATE, GRI, EPRO I am a realtor who loves the work I do! My real estate experience started in Silicon Valley, working for Campi Properties in Los Altos. I have been a realtor for over 10 years and have worked for Bass Lake Realty for 5 years. I keep up with the latest technology and education. I am a member of Women's Council of Realtors which is a very educational real estate organization. I am currently in the process of trying to start a new chapter of this organization in our area where I will be the President. I go the extra mile for my clients! Before moving to Bass Lake, my husband, Mike & I, lived in Sunnyvale for 30 years where we raised our 2 children. I now live in Willow Cove in Bass Lake with my wonderful husband of 41 years. Mike is a retired San Mateo firefighter. Prior to becoming a permanent resident, I have visited Bass Lake since 1959 when my parents built their first house here in the Pines Village. Then they bought a lakefront on Paha and, in 1974, they bought a lakefront on Wigwam where they lived for about 10 years before moving back to the Bay Area (San Jose). Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, wonderful grandsons Zach (11) and Nick (6) who visit us regularly, traveling (cruising), boating, fishing in the lake and hiking in the area. This is a beautiful place to live!

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences (vacation/investment property) in Bass Lake and the surrounding area, such as Oakhurst. I keep current on all transactions in this area and can give you any details you are interested in. Bass Lake is located 1/2 hour south of Yosemite and about 45 minutes north of Fresno, California. The lake is a very popular tourist attraction during the summer and is approximately 1 mile wide (at it's widest point) and 4 miles long. July 4th is our busiest time as many people come to celebrate this holiday and view our beautiful display of fireworks over the lake. It's quite spectacular!
