About Us:

Most people see my job as helping people borrow money to buy a house.  I really don't see it that way.  I see my job as helping people make wise decisions in how they obtain money to buy a house.  I believe that the mortgage is just one componant of an overall financial plan.  I want the mortgage to fit into an overall strategy for money for the home owner.

 I have several years exerience in financial planning and mortgages.  With my background, I understand the importance of suitability and want to make sure I have all the important information before making a recommendation.  I do not believe in the "one size fits all" approach to money.

Areas of Expertise

If there is one area that I think most people fail o fully understand, it is FHA financing.  At our company, we hav become experts at dealing with FHA loans.
