About Us:
Brad Baxter, Broker/Owner of Weichert, Realtors - McDonald-McKinney partnered with Jeff McDonald and Bob McKinney in 2007 to grow a 14 office franchise territory in the Indianapolis Metro area. Brad is a native hoosier, born and raised on the Northeast side of Indianapolis, IN. In 1988, Brad graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Brad spent his last semester of his undergraduate degree studying International Business Management in the Netherlands at Leiden University.
Brad started his selling and management career directly out of Indiana University. Excelling in his career, Brad earned many industry awards along the way from several Global Fortune 500 Companies, including: Multiple "Salesman of the Month Awards", "Best New Product Introduction", "North American Sales Leader of the Month", Division Sales Leader of the Quarter", "Egyptian Club Award Winner", "Global Helpdesk Sales Success Award", "2002 Innovation and Leadership Award", "Diamond Club", "Legend Makers", "Director's Award" and "Ranked #1 Worldwide".
Brad built this strong foundation and successful track record primarily in the software and technology industry but it easily transferred to his passion in Real Estate. Brad's entrepreneurial spirit and leadership helped him get to where he is today through developing lucrative business relationships with clients, consistently providing the highest level of value added client service and negotiating many successful multi-million dollar contracts benefiting both the company and the client. Brad currently pays this knowledge forward through professional coaching sessions for all Realtors® associated with Weichert, Realtors - McDonald-McKinney.
Brad and his wife, Sara have been married for 14 years and have been blessed with 3 children, Ben, Maddie and Nate. Their children attend Hamilton Southeastern schools.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brad Baxter, who currently works independently in Fishers, IN. The experience was exceptional and met my needs every step of the way.
Not only did Brad meet and exceed the expectations of a very particular customer who was on a tight timeframe & budget, he found us exactly the house we were looking for in the area we have come to love. Brad went above and beyond the call of duty, working early hours (showing empty homes at 7 am), working late hours (sending us faxes at 11pm at night, while we were in CA, literally finalizing details), demonstrating flexibility (we looked at the home 5-6 times & over 16 homes in a 2 day period!) adjusting the homes that met our changing needs and desires (we originally sent him over 35 homes to screen), developing an excellent relationship with the builder of the home we eventually purchased, all the while giving us space to make the decision that was best for our family. This relationship led to us accessing the best possible deal with the builder and their realtor. It was obvious to me that Brad did his homework in this process.
Brad worked tirelessly to ensure that we were pleased with the deal and our new home. He worked through the nuisances of 3 counteroffers, while maintaining an optimistic outlook during each phase of the sale. He was there for all aspects of the sale: i.e. walk through, cosmetic adjustments, closing, etc. ET all. He was there at the beginning and he was there at the end.
