This goes a long way to reducing their stress and anxiousness. I have a proven set of steps that I follow, adjusted for each client, that will bring us to the agreed upon conclusion. I like to work the process as a business approach, trying to limit the amount of emotional swings. Not cold and callaus, just professional.
