Who Am I?
Born and raised in Talbot County, this is where I chose to live and raise a family. After raising three great kids and working in offices all my adult life, I was ready for a new adventure! My youngest daughter graduated from High School in 2008 and I went back to school and got my Real Estate License.
Luckily, I love a challenge and am taking the real estate "bull by the horns". My greatest satisfaction has come from working with "First Time Homebuyers" who love the idea of home ownership. This newest generation of real estate investors will benefit from programs like the FHA USDA loans that require no money down, and the First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit that puts $8000 back in their pocket after purchasing a home. What a great time to be in Real Estate!
