ABOUT ME    

          Originally from Ohio, I've lived in different areas of the southeast Las Vegas valley since 1978, so I've seen the valley grow over the years and know the valley very well.  Currently, I reside in Henderson with my husband, 2 children and dachshund.

     Before delving into the real estate business in 2000, I worked for one of the largest gaming and resort companies in the world, MGM Mirage, in the Information Technology (IT) Department as a software support specialist assisting employees and hotel guests with computer issues.  This technology and customer service background has helped me immensely in my real estate career.

     As a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR), the Nevada Association of Realtors (NVAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), I am dedicated to following the strict Code of Ethics as set forth by the National Association of Realtors.  Commitment to ongoing education and keeping on top of changes in real estate laws and procedures is a top priority for me. 

      I have obtained the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation.  In addition to being a consumer and industry-recognized designation, it is the "benchmark of excellence" in buyer representation. 

        I am also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists and hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.  The CRS is the highest credential awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.  Currently, less than 4% of the over 2 million Realtors nationwide hold the CRS Designation. 

     As your personal representative, I am committed to ensuring that all of your real estate needs are taken care of properly - emphasizing the importance of constant communication, market knowledge, professionalism, commitment, and, most importantly, integrity and honesty.  I answer my own phone, take care of my files personally, and am fully responsible for my business and customers.  I will personally take responsibility for your transaction and satisfaction. 

      With the recent surge in mortgage defaults, unfortunately Foreclosures and Short Sales have become my expertise.  I always try to help a homeowner keep their home if at all possible.  But, in the event they must ask their mortgage company for a Short Sale or enter foreclosure I am there to help them through it.

      Residential real estate is my main area of expertise.  I specialize in Henderson, which is a suburb of Las Vegas.  I've lived in Henderson since 1987.  Green Valley Ranch, Seven Hills, Anthem, Sun City Anthem and MacDonald Ranch, and MacDonald Highlands are just a few of the great communities in which I've helped buyers and sellers.
