Understanding the needs of the client has always been the key to my success in Real Estate. Remembering that I am in a "service" profession, and acting accordingly has always served both me and my clients well.

     My love of education has helped me to serve my clients in ways many other Realtors just can't. I have a Masters degree in Finance (from Campbell State University, North Carolina) and a Marketing Degree (Michigan State University). I qualify my clients without the need of a mortgage lender. I educate them as to current market conditions, and use my knowledge of technology, agency, contract writing, and negotiaiting to ensure my clients have an edge in every transaction they choose to enter into.

 God, Family, Country, Work, Community then Self are the order in which I place the priorities in which I work on every day of my life. Some people are uncomfortable with my placement of work as the fourth priority but if you look at the three before it and understand that I am a man of faith who loves his country then the order makes perfect sense and you are the kind of client that will love the effort I give to you.

  My love of education has placed me in the unique position of helping a broad spectrum of clients. Many Realtors specialize in a specific category or two because that is where their comfort zone lies. I personally love working with first time home buyers, and after 18 years in the business still find helping a first time homebuyer get that $100,000 home much more gratifying than selling the Executive Officer of a large corporation their third or fourth home. Don't get me wrong - each sale has its own challenges and rewards, but I pride myself on being able to help anyone who wants to buy a home. I helped manage the construction and sale of a condominium project. My average listing price is 50% above the average for my area so I do many High End Homes, I live on water and can relate to those who want to be on water so you could call me a Water Front Specialist, I spent 7 years in the U.S. Army and I especially enjoy helping those in the Military to get a home. I have also worked with several builders over the years so I am well versed in New Construction. So....as unlikely as it may sound I am extremely comfortable helping buyers or sellers in any of the following markets:

 We were more than thrilled that we were able to get our  home sold quickly, with no hassels and allow the buyer a sale price that made him happy.
