Real Estate Bio
Welcome to my ActiveRain profile!
I am an agent at Coldwell Banker here in Boulder, Colorado. I work with both buyers and sellers and specialize in mastering the new ways in which an agent attracts a buyer to a home. After all, as a seller, isn't your number one goal to get the home sold? The new ways that homes are being marketed by agents is very powerful if done properly. I pride myself in knowing, that clients who chose to work with me, are getting the most effective and up to date service possible.
An ever increasing amount of buyers are starting their home search online. There is an enormous supply of information available at your finger tips. Many buyers are not aware that in Colorado, working with an agent as a buyer is 100% free. My service to you as a buyer is paid by the seller and there is never an obligation to buy. Contact me to find out how I can help you make the searching process more effective and efficient. If you are a first time buyer, my services will help you dissect the process and figure out what your "next step" will be.
As I stated briefly in the first paragraph, the process of selling a home has changed. When you interview me for the job of selling your home I make sure to go over how I do things differently than other agents. When shopping for an agent you will come across agents with years and years of experience. The question I always tell sellers to ask is; How up to date is that agent with the new ways real estate is being handled?
I went to Thousand Oaks High School out in California. I received an athletic scholarship to UCLA getting a BA in History. I ran track and cross-country for the Bruins on one of the most amazing college track teams around. I later went on to race triathlon wining an amateur world championship in the 1/2 Ironman distance and then went on to race professionally earning an All American status. I feel my time in triathlon was part of my education!
I love being social and having a night out on the town. Boulder has so many great restaurants that I am on track to try them all out! These days, I am the proud owner of my first dog, a Golden Retriever named Riley and love having him with me on my runs. I will try almost anything, from throwing clay on a wheel to skydiving. I feel life should be lived to the fullest and everyone no matter how old or young should chase their dreams with fierce conviction and speed.
