Welcome to BEACHSIDE Home Inspection. The role of a home inspector is to educate a home owner/buyer, point out the good as well as any material defects affecting the value of a home and most importantly, safety issues (see our video). Our goal is to have BEACHSIDE Home Inspection be your current and future resource for understanding the condition of your home. As a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, we are committed to excellence in the inspection of residential structures, roofing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.

I am an engineer by profession, having spent 25 years in the design, manufacturing, test and inspection of high value, critical systems. I have extensive experience in home construction, repair and remodeling. As a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, I am committed to excellence in the inspection of residential structures, roofing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. I am also a experienced real estate investor having purchased, remodeled, and sold many properties of my own.
Where Can You Find Me?
We serve all of East Central Florida, including Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Indialantic, Melbourne Beach, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, and Cape Canaveral. We specialize in beachside properties beachside properties because a greater amount of knowledge is needed for coastal properties due to the risks associated with the harsher environmental conditions (storm force winds, wind driven rain, salt corrosion). This expertise benefits all customers throughout the Brevard and Indian River Counties.
