About My Area and My Firm:

Beachside Vero, our barrier island, is 24 miles of white sandy Atlantic beaches, cool ocean breezes and crystal-clear ocean waters on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway and boating, fishing, water-skiing and picnicing on the other. Shady Live Oaks with Spanish Moss, waving Palms, soaring Pelicans, Eagles, Heron, Sailfish, Grouper, Tarpon all make this a pretty civilized place.

If you prefer more activity than reading a good book on the beach, we offer every sunshine activity you can imagine: Swimming, of course; Golf; Tennis; Fishing galore - ocean, flats, freshwater; Polo (yes, Polo - we have two venues); Flying; Skydiving; real ocean Surfing at Pelican Island State Park; Airboating; Shooting, including Sporting Clays and pistol and rifle ranges; Yachting, Motorboating, Kayaking, Canoeing, small-boat Sailing; professional Theater and a quality Art Museum; fine Restaurants and Cafes and pretty good Pizza. We even have a four-acre, riverfront Off-leash Dogpark. Really, what more could any sane person desire?

Our Beachside North office is right in the middle of Vero Beach's 24-mile long barrier island and just a few feet south of Indian River Shores. We are home to some of the finest seasonal and year-round residential communities on Florida's famed "Treasure Coast". Here on our twenty-four miles of uncrowded beach is where you will find The Estuary, Bermuda Bay, John's Island, The Moorings, The Orchid Island Golf & Beach Club, Riomar, Central Beach, Quail Valley, Sea Oaks, BayTree, Cache Cay, Palm Island Plantation, Bermuda Club, Somerset Bay, Grand Harbor, Bent Pine. Background info

Walter is the son (of Walter Davis) and grandson (of Chester S Patten) of Greater-Boston, New England residential real estate developers. He grew up in Massachusetts' Essex and Middlesex Counties amid the sweet aromas of fresh-hewn lumber and just-mixed concrete. Following his successful careers in international business and New York investment banking, Walter was for nine years a full-time residential Realtor in New York City's northern exurbs - in the historic Westchester County town of Bedford, NY.  Now, and since 2005, he is an active, successful and full-time Realtor here on the beautiful 24-mile-long barrier island of Indian River County, where he concentrates on residential communities within the City of Vero Beach and the Town of Indian River Shores (see website).
