Hello, my name is Theresa Beaulac and I am a realtor at Re/Max Charlottetown Realty, Prince Edward Island.  My background is in the contruction business as partner in my husband's company for the past number of years.  I have a degree from UPEI with a major in psychology and a minor in french.  I have teaching experience and enjoy very much working with people to help them achieve their goals.  I am honoured to be in the 100% club here at Re/Max and will work hard for you as a purchasing or selling agent.

 I particularly like working with buyers or sellers who are enthusiastic about properties and who are looking for the best quality for their money; this comes from being a construction wife!  Not a plug for my husband as he has a small company and doesn't take on any new business after he books up in the winter for the coming year.  If you are looking for a smooth transition from renting to owning or owning to selling, then let me help you.  The Island is small, so there is not much that I can't help you with, but I do have a good deal of experience with waterfront lots/acreages/properties.  My husband is originally from Quebec and I am an Islander; we live in Charlottetown.
