Staging is an integral part of the home selling process. Whether a home is vacant or occupied staging is the key to a sale that takes less time and results in more return on your investment. Interior Redesign and Home Staging serves the greater Nashville area. Working with home owners, Realtors, and builders to ensure the buyer view their properties in the best possible light. We will meet with you for a formal consultation, providing a comprehensive written report for you to "do it yourself" or we can do it for you. For vacant properties we provide furnishing, accessories, art and soft goods, staging the most important area of the home, or you may choose vignette staging highlighting just a few area of the home.
ReDesign can take your home to a new level of style. We work with what you have creating new, refreshing and beautiful rooms in just a matter of hours. We consult with you and you can do the work, or you can hire the professionals at Interior Redesign and Home Staging.
Just Consulting is a service of Interior Redesign and Home Staging. We walk with you through your home and you take notes as we detail how to "stage" or "redesign" a room.
Virtual Staging and Redesign offers you the opportunity to send us your pictures and we will consult with you via email and telephone.

About Me: My background includes 26 years in the hospitality industry in sales and marketing, fourteen years as a successful Realtor, and four years as a Certified Home Staging Professional and Interior Redesigner.

Staging Occupied Homes is just one of our specialties. We walk through your home room by room and give you all of the information you need to make dramatic changes that will add to the value of your home and ensure that you are one the cutting edge of the competition.
Vacant and Model Homes ...normally staging the heart of the home; the dining room, master bedroom and family room. Furnishings, art, accessories and lighting are carefully selected for each room to ensure the greatest appeal to a wider range of buyers, but specific to the target market.
Total staging fees are based on the scope of the project and monthly rental of furnishings selected.
Vignette Staging focuses on the purpose of each room. Rooms are selected based on the most impact for vignette staging. Special features of the home are accented with groupings of furniture, lighting, accessories accentuating the rooms purpose, adding warmth and providing a call of emotion from the buyer. Fees are based on selections.
Interior Redesign ..the art of utilizing your furnishings, art, accessories and lighting to accentuate focal points within your home. Our professional redesign services concentrate on the proper placement of your furnishings, art and accessories. Throw in color and we create for you the most amazing and beautiful rooms with what you currently own. We provide you with a complete breakdown of what you may wish to add to your home in order to completely capitalize on it's strongest features and focal points. Design "plan of action" are additional and charged based on the scope of the project.
Interior Redesign "Plans of Action and Proposals" are part of the design plan and are additional.
Staging Action Plans can either be written or verbal. The staging walk through includes a verbal consultation and plan of action. A written "Action Plan" includes step by step guidelines for each room and is not included in the walk through pricing.
Move-In services include unpacking, breaking down boxes, placement of furnishings, hanging art, and placement of accessories. Fee is based on number of rooms to be unpacked and arranged.
