At FIRST STAGE we offer a range of services so that you can customize your experience to include just what you need. We work with you to meet your requirements for your space within your budget.

 

STAGING SERVICES

 At FIRST STAGE we offer several options.

1) Complete home staging consultation. The consulation will last from 1-2 hours during which time we can already provide hands-on solutions.

2) We believe in "shopping from home". This principle will allow the homeowner not only to save money but there will also be the satisfaction of seeing your home transferred "with your own belongings". We will show you  that do not have to go and bring in new furnishings, etc. to create a dramatic change. By simply using the furnishing that already are in the home and perhaps removing, decluttering and maybe changing things around, it is amazing what effect the end result will give. We will create an easy flow, warmth and inviting surroundings that will probably make you think "I should have done this a long time ago, this looks great".

2) We stage empty condos. We will bring in the furnishings and will do shopping on your behalf for accessories, bedding, etc.

3) We can customize options 1 and 2 at your request.
