Andy is the Broker/Manager of his firm and an active full time REALTOR® who strives to take your individual needs and desires and pair them with your dream home. He has all the skills needed to make it happen for you.
He is active in organized Real Estate, which keeps his education and skills sharp. He knows what the new trends in Real Estate and the most up to date market information. Currently he is the 2009 President of the Arcadia Association of REALTORS®, 2009 Director of the MRMLS for Arcadia AOR, 2006-2009 Director and Vice-Chair for the Local Governmental Relations Committee for the California Assoc of REALTORS®, & Member of the National Assoc of REALTORS®. Director for the National Assoc of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Los Angeles Chapter.
Andy is also very involved in the local community. This keeps him aware of the community activities and in touch with the family life and concerns of the area. He is a Member of the Monrovia Old House Preservation Group and is a Member and former Director for the Monrovia Kiwanis Club. He coaches Youth Sports and is also active in Boy Scouting.
Andy holds a Brokers License which requires additional training and/or experience than a regular Sales License. Andy holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) Degree to help you analyze and understand the financial impacts of your choices. He holds the e-Pro Designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. e-PRO Certification is NAR's online training program to certify real estate professionals as Internet Professionals. e-PRO is the only certification program of its kind recognized nationwide and owned by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR). Andy also has recieved the At Home with Diversity Designation.
