Areas of Expertise:

I have a uniquely even split between purchase money loans and refinances so I feel very comfortable doing both. Most of my purchases are first time homebuyers and I find the experience of bringing someone's dream of homeownership to fruition the most rewarding aspect of what I do. I've also done a great deal of government loans (FHA and Rural Housing) so I'm very familiar with the in and outs of those programs. Lastly, even though the days of sub-prime are far behind us, I still enjoy assisting those clients restore their credit so they can qualify for the program they need in time.
