Bennett Appraisals is a full service residential appraisal firm located in the beautiful city of Bellingham, Washington. We proudly serve the greater Bellingham area, including all of Whatcom and Skagit counties. Time permitting, we also provide appraisal services to both Island and Snohomish counties.

Our business is built on customer satisfaction, providing our valued clients with accurate, professional, and timely appraisal reports. We have a small office, but we are big on technology, utilizing the latest in appraisal software, computers, laser measuring, digital photography, with electronic data delivery and ordering. Because we are a small home office, we are flexible, and do not mind working the occasional weekend, or odd hours in order to accommodate our clients.
