I love Ulster County!  For years, I visited this area, before moving here 13 years ago.   The pace is just right, the people are friendly, and it is so beautiful! My love for the area inspired me to share my time with a number of local organizations.  I have served on the Planning and Zoning Committee, the Historic Preservation Commission, and the local Business Association.  When I am not volunteering or working, I am out hiking with my wife and our dogs, exploring local hamlets, or just relaxing at home.

 

I list homes for sale and help home buyers find their dream home. I specialize in the marketing of homes for sale by taking the photographs, preparing the virtual tours, creating individual websites for the homes that I market, and placing these homes on real estate websites, as well as on YouTube, Facebook, Craigslist, and The New York Times Online. I also market homes through a monthly e-newsletter and email blasts, which are sent to the top 300 real estate agents in Ulster County and over 2,500 individuals who have expressed an interest in purchasing or selling a home in the Mid-Hudson Valley. My specialty is the online marketing of real estate.  One of the first things I do with a new listing is to work out a marketing strategy with my client.  Some of the options that I offer are:

• Photographing their property, preparing a virtual tour and a slide show from the photographs, and putting the virtual tour and slide show online
  
• Creating a virtual tour DVD, which is provided to buyers and real estate agents at the property, and also distributed to local real estate offices
