I am a Bilingual Agent that has been working with Buyers and Sellers in AZ for over 6 years (Will be 7 years in January 2009). I have had the opportunity to stay active in Residential Real Estate and have gained experience in HUD Homes,Short Sales, and Bank Owned Properties.

I have helped Buyers get into their Home with as little as $100 Down Payment and All of their closing costs paid from the seller. I have never set any limits as far as were my buyer wants to buy. I have sold properties all the Apache Junction,Buckeye,Goodyear,Avondale,Tolleson,Phoenix,Peoria,Glendale,El Mirage,Surprise,Chandler,Queen Creek,Mesa,Tempe, pretty much were the buyer is interested in buying.
I have experience with direct Short Sales,Preforeclosures,Bank Owned Properties, and HUD Homes. HUD Homes being one of my favorite.
