About Berin Wachsmann

Berin has been involved with the Building and Real Estate Industry since 1994, and was born and raised in Fort Collins.  Along with a Colorado Real Estate License, Berin has also held a Contractor's License and all four Insurance Licenses.

Currently, Berin owns over thirty properties in the area and has been involved in multiple development and land sales. 

Berin has been married since 1997 to his high-school sweetheart, Jillian.

He enjoys motorcycling, fly fishing, helping people achieve the dream of home ownership and all that Colorado has to offer.
