Dirt and Bricks and Sticks

As we move close to the first decade of the new milleneium the world has changed from the 1960's when I was in high school. One thing never changes - the economy goes up and down - even very smart people seem to forget this fact. Real Estate does not change - I call it " dirt and bricks and sticks " - unlike stock cerificates or other financial paper ( which can be worth a great deal or nonthing at all ) - Real Estate lasts forever - generations of your family can live in the same house. When I finished high school my parents owed their home - paid off the loan - My Mom still lives their after 55 years. History does repeat itself and we must learn from the current financial crisis and not go back to the 60's but move forward to a new tomorrow with optimism and caution.

My user name is bestbuybill - That is what I have always done for my clients - Find the "Best Buys" using the wants / needs / price point / and other infromation I obtain from my Client. The way I look at it : I make suggestions and the client makes decisions! I work with investors to first time home buyers. For 30 years I have used the Golden Rule as my guiding light.  My clients call  for their second and third home purchases. I do not go to work everday - I get up and look forward to doing something I love - Helping People Become Homeowners.
