Introducing Beth Brittenbach

Use this section to write about yourself - don't be shy - Why should a buyer or seller want to work with you? Do you have any certifications and qualificatons? What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?

Beth and her husband Dennis live in East Vallejo close to pennycook School. Beth and Dennis moved from Kalamazoo, MI to Vallejo in 1975, when Dennis accepted the position of Director of Human Resources for the City of Vallejo. Beth worked for 10 years as a Human Resources and labor Relations Manager for Solano County. After helping Dennis establish FRAME DESIGNS, a custom framing shop and art galler on Springs Road, Beth decided to pursue a Real Estate career and earned her license in November, 1987.

Beth has been active in the Solano Association of Realtors since she began her career, serving 3 years as Treasurer and chairing various committees. She presently chairs the Housing Oportunity Committee and has served on the Finance and Budget Committee for BARIES (her regional MLS) since the inception of that corporation. Beth is passionate about helping first time home buyers achieve the American Dream of home ownership and works with many low to moderate income buyers. She also works with many first time Sellers and with Seniors, especially the very elderly.

Beth is the recipient of the 2004 REALTOR OF THE YEAR , for the Solano Association of Realtors. She has received numerous performance awards throughout her career, including the CENTURION AWARD, placing her among the top 2%of Century 21 agents nationwide.  She has also earned the individual QUALITY SERVICE AWARD which is only awarded at the request of the agent's clients. Beth received her designation as a SENIOR ADVANTAGE REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST in 2005. She has received the Association's PRESIDENT'S AWARD an unprecedented 4 TIMES for "distinguished service" to the Association.

Since 1998, Beth has participated in Home Buyers' Club which is a HUD certified educational program for entry level buyers. Her role is to introduce attendees to the actual process of buying a home and to explore the role of the Real Estate Agent in the process and the relationship between the agent and the buyer.

BETH LOVES HER WORK AND IT SHOWS!!!

Areas of Expertise

Use this section to write about your specific area's of expertise. Do you specialize in first time buyers - listing high end homes - etc. Are there specific market area's that you specialize in? The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller.

My areas of expertise are working with first time home buyers and sellers and elder home sellers. I limit my practice geographically so that I can be a rich resource of information about the history of the community, the housing market, the community resources, etc.

As a Listing Agent my strengths are in comprehensive and consistent marketing; providing my Sellers with detailed information so they can make informed decisions; keeping my Sellers informed about every phase of the transaction; and helping Sellers coordinate their moves.

As a Buyer's Agent my strengths are familiarity with special loan programs for first time buyers; a diverse referral network to ensure the Buyer gets professional, ethical and reliable service from all the members of the team who must do their jobs properly in order for the Buyer to get the keys; persistence and patience to be sure the Buyer purchases the home that will most adequately meet their needs at a price the Buyer can afford; and establishing a long term relationship so I can be your Realtor for Life.

Client Feedback about Beth

Do you have any good testimonials that clients have provided you in the past? Be sure to add them here.

"When we sold our home the field appraiser determined the value was what the home was selling for but the reviewer reduced the value by $10,000 saying that our back room was a patio and not to be included in the living space. Beth worked an entire weekend taking pictures and finding more comps and writing a letter showing that this room was a real room. The reviewer agreed with her after reviewing the evidence she provided. She got us back our $10,000!" Rod P.

"I have worked with Beth for about 15 years. She has helped me buy and sell 4 times. I keep coming back to her because I can trust her and she listens to me and keeps me informed.  I just tell her what I want to do and she shows me how to do it." Bob P.

"My husband and I had to sell our 2 story house after he became ill. Beth helped us sell our home and find another, single story, in our same neighborhood. My husband died a few months after we moved into our new home. Beth still comes to see me every month and I enjoy her company. She made our real estate transactions as painless as possible and her compassion is a comfort to me." Valda R.

"Beth has been the Realtor for Vallejo Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. for the past 8 years. We are a non-profit corporation serving Solano, Napa and Lake Counties and our primary mission is to provide the opportunity for home ownership to low to moderate income home buyers. We do this through many avenues including acquiring distressed properties to rehab and sell to our target buyers and building small new home developments. Between 2000 and 2004 we acquired a total of 128 condominium units in one development (Lighthouse at Bridgeport), rehabbed them and sold them to owner occupants. Beth represents us in all of these transactions. Her dedication, patience, knowledge and generosity make her a valued member of our team. In fact, she is so good that I and other staff members have her for our personal Realtor." R. Walton, Executive Director, VNHS
