Beth and her husband Dennis live in East Vallejo close to pennycook School. Beth and Dennis moved from Kalamazoo, MI to Vallejo in 1975, when Dennis accepted the position of Director of Human Resources for the City of Vallejo. Beth worked for 10 years as a Human Resources and labor Relations Manager for Solano County. After helping Dennis establish FRAME DESIGNS, a custom framing shop and art galler on Springs Road, Beth decided to pursue a Real Estate career and earned her license in November, 1987.
Beth has been active in the Solano Association of Realtors since she began her career, serving 3 years as Treasurer and chairing various committees. She presently chairs the Housing Oportunity Committee and has served on the Finance and Budget Committee for BARIES (her regional MLS) since the inception of that corporation. Beth is passionate about helping first time home buyers achieve the American Dream of home ownership and works with many low to moderate income buyers. She also works with many first time Sellers and with Seniors, especially the very elderly.
Beth is the recipient of the 2004 REALTOR OF THE YEAR , for the Solano Association of Realtors. She has received numerous performance awards throughout her career, including the CENTURION AWARD, placing her among the top 2%of Century 21 agents nationwide. She has also earned the individual QUALITY SERVICE AWARD which is only awarded at the request of the agent's clients. Beth received her designation as a SENIOR ADVANTAGE REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST in 2005. She has received the Association's PRESIDENT'S AWARD an unprecedented 4 TIMES for "distinguished service" to the Association.
Since 1998, Beth has participated in Home Buyers' Club which is a HUD certified educational program for entry level buyers. Her role is to introduce attendees to the actual process of buying a home and to explore the role of the Real Estate Agent in the process and the relationship between the agent and the buyer.
