I love what I do and it shows! I am very proud of the fact that most of my business comes from repeat clients, or from referrals. That tells me that I am doing something right, as I strive to provide my customers & clients the highest level of service. I consider myself more of a real estate advisor, than a salesperson. Real estate is a constantly changing industry, so I invest time & money in my business each year by attending classes, seminars and conventions. It has paid off as I have earned the President's Club award and the National Sales award every year from 1999 through 2008 and rank in the top 5% of all agents in WI in closed production, earning me the Number 1 Expert designation. Was ranked #16 company wide for units closed in 2008 (out of over 1,000 agents). I have also seen many clients grow rich over the years by investing in rental property, so have bought 3 duplexes myself and am a current landlord and investor.
