Our first priority is keeping our clients informed. If they have to call us, I believe we have missed something. We do not mind our clients calling but they should not have to call if we keep them informed about the process of their files and status of their listings. The number one complaint of many buyers and sellers is their agents do not keep them informed. You will not hear that from our clients.

We take pride in our relationships with other Realtors and industry professionals. We want an agent to be happy to work with us and to show our listings. We have a healthy repsect for others in the industry. How many times have you gone to show a property and groaned in agony when you saw who the listing Realtor was? Scary isn't it?
