About Us:
I am an Accredited Buyers Representative. This means that I have had extra training representing buyers. (I also represent sellers and investors.) I have the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. I have undergone intense training in marketing and selling luxury properties. I have the ePRO certification, I have taken and passed an intensive course about internet technology and marketing.
I'm a native Texan and have been around Austin most of my life. I've raised my sons here and they are both in college here. This is my home. I'm passionate about Austin and passionate about getting people into their perfect home. Being skilled in negotiations, my representation to either the buyer or the seller enables the transaction to go as smoothly as possible.
I do not have a team.....I do it all myself. When you call you will get me....not someone you have been passed on to.

I list and sell high end homes in Austin,Westlake, Lakeway, and the whole Austin Metro Area. I also sell condos around the University, downtown and Travis Heights/Barton Springs.

I have been in real estate since 1991 and I know most of the realtors in town....especially the ones that have been around for awhile. I have a good reputation and other agents like to work with me and my buyers OR they like to bring buyers to my listings.
I am professional and I stay on top of things throughout the whole process. Being in real estate here for 18 years means that I have made alot of friends and I have first hand knowledge of lenders, title companies, repair people, inspectors, etc. It's much easier working with me than it would be working without someone that doesn't know these people.
You do not have to have me represent you one way or the other.....it would just be much easier and less stressful if you did.
