We are not a signing service. Each member is independent and sets their own fees which may vary by agent and area. Most importantly, we GUARANTEE our work to be error-free.
Areas of Expertise
As your representative, we: Schedule immediately, arrive on time, and return your documents without delay. Present a professional image in appearance and demeanor. Present documents in an orderly fashion, explaining the function of each document and directing the client's question to the appropriate document. We will not advise nor comment on rates/fees. Sub-prime lenders are no problem. Experienced with primary residence refinances, secondary homes, second loand, HELOC's, Reverse Mtgs., non-obligated borrowers closings (NOBs), purchases and new construction. Some areas offer bilingual (Spanish-speaking) witness closers. Some areas offer in-house witness closers.
