I first started searching for a place before even moving to Massachusetts and found Bob through his web sight.  He was great enough to guide me through the lay of the area even before visiting.  Bob took the time to send me maps and magazines with information about central Mass so when I came out for a visit we would be more productive.  One of the more impressive things Bob did for me was to go and visit a few properties, take pictures and tell me what he thought before we had even met.  We worked together searching for a place for over a year and in that time Bob was patient as a saint, he never pressured me and always gave me good insight about all prospective properties.
