Tomasso Mortgage has been in business in Cape Coral, Florida since 1989 & I started my career with them in 1993. As you may already be aware, most lenders & mortgage brokers have access to the same mortgage programs. We have chosen the path of "Customer Service" to distinguish ourselves from other mortgage companies.

With over 13 years experience at Tomasso Mortgage, I have been involved with First Time Home Buyers, FHA, VA, Alt-A, No Money Down, Construction Perm, 1031 Exchanges, Refinances, Fixed Rate 2nd Mortgages, Equity Lines of Credit, & Reverse Mortgages. Along with my lending experience, I also own 15 rental properties. This gives me additional knowledge from the Home Owner's point of view, as I have gone through several purchase transactions myself.
