Brenda is an Executive Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President with Bank of Hawaii at the Kahala Loan Center. She has been with the Bank since 2002, and has been in the mortgage industry for the past 11 years. She was most recently the Sales Manager and Underwriter for a Mortgage Insurance Company. Since joining Bank of Hawaii, Brenda has hit the ground running and has achieved impressive awards and recognition. She is the Kahala Loan Center's Top Producer for the past six years running, as well as the recipient of the Residential Loan Department's Star of Excellence Award for 2003, Excellence in Customer Service Award recipient for 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 and has been a member of the Chairman's Circle which honors only the top producers in the entire Bank for all 6 years since its inception. Brenda attended Mount Holyoke College and Oxford University and holds a double major degree in Business and English. She graduated from Punahou School in 1991 as a 13-Year Club member.

I specialize in the Jumbo market, as well as Condo-Tel and Co-Op purchases. Complex borrowers and situations are no problem at all. I also specialize in the first-time homebuyer market, offering a substantial discount to these borrowers in order to help them get into their first home.
