Our CEO, Stephen M. Cors, founded Superior Mortgage Corp. in 1987. Today, Superior is a direct lender (not a broker) able to offer its customers FannieMae and Freddie Mac Loans, HUD-FHA Loans, Veterans Administration Loans (VA), Construction Loans, US-RECD First Time Buyer Loans. Superior also offers a variety of loans designed to help its customers with special concerns, such as credit issues and income or asset verification issues.

Keeping your credit profile in good, if not great, standing is critical now that mortgage lenders have tightened up their guideline requirements. And since most borrowers don't think about their credit until they start shopping for a mortgage, many of them find out too late that their credit scores are not sufficiently high enough for them to meet those requirements and qualify for a loan. This is where our expertise can come to the rescue because we know what can increase and, more importantly, what can decrease your scores.
