As a mom to 3 active children, I work and play hard in my community and love all the extra activities living in the North Woods affords! I belong to Scouts, Optimist Club and BNI, and love to give!

About Us:

Currently, I have submitted my paperwork for my ABR, I am Prudential e-certified, and I am one class away from my CRS.  I am also working on my SRES, and believe very strongly that being well-educated will best benefit all my clients and customers.  I offer comprehensive education to all my first time homebuyers and relocation homebuyers.  I also work very closely with my sellers, reanalyzing our local market every month and working on the best ways to promote their home sale!  I respond to all calls and emails within 24 hours guaranteed, and make sure that someone like-minded is covering for me when I need to be away.  I have a strong commitment to the betterment of the communities I serve, and as such belong to several service organizations including Scouts and Optimist Club.  I work in the Chippewa Valley, an area including Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, Bloomer and all the satelite small towns.  And I LOVE referrals!

Areas of Expertise

I love to work with first time homebuyers - there is just so much fun involved!  I also have begun working with sellers and mortgage companies in short sales and pre-forclosure sales, and find the intricacies of these deals are both challenging and rewarding.  As I began my career pretty specifically because of the issues related to the sale of my grandparents' home and the subsequent loss of the financial cushion that should have provided, I work hard with my elderly clients and their families and financial planners to ensure that the investment they have truly is an investment for life.  This is not just a job for me, it's a passion.  Someone once said that if you love what you do for a living then it is not work, and they were right!
