We are a locally owned mortgage brokerage firm located in the heart of Whatcom County. We offer inhouse underwriting in our main office which gives us our own decision making power. We currently offer lending to the entire state of Washington, Alaska and Wyoming. We are currently members of Whatcom, Ferndale, Lynden and Blaine Chamber of Commerce, Building industry Association, Washington Mortgage Brokers Association, Whatcom Women in Business, Whatcom Young Professionals and Whatcom County Realtors Association. Why am I an expert in my industry? Why should you consider working with me over my competition? I believe this should be your first question. I believe to be the best, you must not only have the experience but also the education to go with it. I am a Washington State licensed Mortgage Broker. I have certified training certificates of completion through the School of Mortgage Lending (Washington State Regulatory Laws). I recently completed an intensive course taught by Dave Hershman who is a Nationally respected leader in the industry. In addition, I attend annual meetings through the National Association of Mortgage Brokers to discuss and give input on many industry related issues.
