I am Brian Chesser (Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® and a member in good standing with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). You will receive at the completion of the inspection a comprehensive, easy to read, full color report with digital photographs.

I schedule only two home inspections per day.  One in the morning and one in the afternoon with each inspection averaging 3 to 4 hours.  By limiting the number of inspections I afford more time with the home buyer and the preparation of the finished report.

My Services and the Counties I Serve

·     Buyer's Inspection:   

A Buyer's Inspection provides you with an evaluation of the condition of the home that you are interested in purchasing.  This way there are no surprises after you move in.  Moving in is hard enough as it is.

 ·     Seller's Inspection or Listing Inspection:

A Seller's Inspection provides the seller with an evaluation of the condition of the home that they are placing on the market.  This gives the seller time to repair defects in the home before it goes on the market. This helps move the closing along without unexpected delays due to defects in the home that a buyer's inspector might uncover.  

 ·     Home Maintenance Inspection:  

Home Maintenance Inspections to keep you informed of your home's current condition.  A Home Maintenance Inspection can alert you to any problems that might be brewing in your home's structure or components.  This way they can be repaired to prevent further deterioration of your home's condition.

·     Home Warranty Inspections: 

A Home Warranty Inspection should take place before the home's warranty expires.  New homes may have defects that were overlooked by the builder.  These corrections can easily exceed the cost of an inspection. If you catch them prior to warranty expiration, your warranty should cover them.
