When we met Rod, it was a breath of fresh air. He was patient with us and took the time to explain to us what was going to be required to purchase a home. Our needs were very specific, and Rod scoured the market for just the right place. He had previewed so many homes in the area that he knew exactly what we were looking for and where to find it (twice).

We wrote an offer on what was a perfect condo for us, but when we got the inspection report back it was not to our satisfaction. Rod kept me up to date with new listings and when the right places came along he set up all the showings and took me through the condos that were in my price range and matched what I was looking for.

In the end, I purchased a condo that Rod found for me that was NOT EVEN ON THE MARKET YET. I am not sure how he did it, but it was a listing from another agent and Rod took me through before the ink had even dried from the other agent securing the listing.
