In 2002 I relocated with my family to Ocala, Florida from Long Island N.Y. In N.Y. I was a Corporate Insurance broker specializing in employee health benefits and ancillary coverages for the five boroughs of N.Y.C., Northeastern N.J. and all of Long Island. I was head of the department within our company that represented those corpoarations with an employee base of 2-50. Upon my arrival in Ocala I immediately obtained my Real Estate lisence and went to work for one of Northcentral Florida's largest custom home builders. During my time with them I helped hundreds of people design and build thier dream homes as well as helping investors locate and build investment homes in areas that would best maximize thier investment dollars. After two years with the builder and wanting to be able to help more people realize thier Real Estate dreams then those I could reach selling one builder and thier product as good as it was, I moved to ReMax and made the Million Dollar club my first year and have continued to do so in consecutive years. I have also been named a Top Achiever by the Star Banner (our news paper in Ocala) every year since my arrival at ReMax. My favorite part of the Real Estate business is talking with buyers and sellers and asking them about thier wants and needs, thier past Real Estate experiences either good or bad and addressing thier concerns to make thier Real Estate experince with me a learning, enjoyable and profitable one.
