Description
Casa Latino offers franchisees unprecedented culturally specific and significant back office support, training, marketing tools, advertising, coaching, and much more to ensure their success.

About Us:

Just saying "Se Habla Español" isn't enough. People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right Hispanic real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience. Many real estate agents claim to "specialize in the Hispanic real estate market".

At Casa Latino we do much more than talk the language. We sincerely help our clients achieve the American dream of home ownership. We cut through the talk and get the job done, faster and at lower costs than you would imagine. We have helped countless families realize their dreams.

We understand your culture, your way of life, your way of working, your way of financial management, your faith, your struggles, your goals, your needs, and your dreams. We'd like to add you to our growing family of happy homeowners.

Why We Are Different

~ We are destined and on track to be the brand Latino's think of when they think real estate.

~ We are not a real estate company that decided to market to Latino's; we are a Latino company whose entire structure, focus, and mission has been designed to effectively service Hispanic home buyer and home sellers.

~ While we serve all people, we have proprietary programs designed to assist first time homebuyers and, more specifically, Spanish speaking first time homebuyers.

~ Unlike our supposed 'competitors', We continue to work with, support, and assist our clientele after the transaction to help our clients truly achieve the American dream.

~ Our primary interest is not to represent you in a real estate transaction, it's to become your trusted real estate advisors.....always doing what's best for you and your family.

~ Our franchise owners don't pay a percentage based royalty to us, they pay a low fixed transaction fee.....so, unlike others, our agents aren't focused on trying to sell you more than you can afford.

~ Our franchise owners and agents are trained to understand the mortgage industry so that they can assist our buyers in making the right decisions regarding mortgage financing.

~ We live the same culture you do. We understand the struggles. We understand your dreams....let us help you acheive them.

Testimonials

I am writing this testimonial on behalf of Casa Latino Real Estate.  My name is Dan T. Shanyfelt and I am a Real Estate Broker in Bakersfield, California.  (and I approve this message!)

I was first introduced to Casa Latino in the spring of 2007.  Then, our real estate brokerage, Miramar Real Estate Group, was the largest independent brokerage in our county (Kern, CA) with around 55 real estate agents and brokers.  We focused on the Hispanic and Latino demographic as that particular market was not only under-served, but it also represented roughly 50% of the prospective homebuyers in the marketplace.

We knew in order for us to get to that next level of success for our company and our agents, we had to align with a national firm that mirrored our vision and values.  We were contacted by many franchises, including Keller Williams, Century 21 and Avalar, but in the end we decided to invite one company, which we found by doing an extensive online search and comparison, to come and talk about how we could form a mutually beneficial partnership.

To our surprise, the founder and CEO of the company, Mr. Robb Heering, paid us a personal visit and shared his passion, values, and vision for the future of the company.

We decided to partner with Casa Latino for several reasons:

1.  Casa Latino is the largest and most organized national (and international) real estate franchise company that focuses on the Latino demographic.

2.  Casa Latino's leadership team is unparalleled in experience, professionalism, and dedication.

3.  Casa Latino runs a very efficient company - there is little to no corporate waste unlike some of the other larger franchise models.  We know our franchise payments are not going to fluff.

4.  The support and services offered by Casa Latino outweighs the very minimal cost of the franchise.  The phone call follow-ups alone are worth the cost per transaction (which I might add is the lowest out of the main franchise options).

5.  Most importantly, Casa Latino let us have a hand in the direction of the company within our region.  They are always quick to listen and slow to speak.  They involve each and every franchise in the decision making and direction of the company as a whole - it is truly a family atmosphere.

Since we have been with Casa Latino, we have noticed the following:

1.  Robb has made every effort to be present during our launch, which we truly appreciated.  Although only 24 hours removed from back surgery, Robb, despite being told by his doctors to stay bed-ridden, braved a blizzard and flew across the entire continent to be present for our launch and press conference (you can see a replay of the press conference at www.CasaLatinoCalifornia.com). He had great delivery despite being under heavy meds. I have never met someone with such conviction and sense of purpose - and these values can be felt throughout the organization.

2.  Casa Latino has yet to say no to any reasonable request made by our office.  Whether it is tech support, business cards, recruiting scripts, media packets, or mailing products, we have always received what we requested and it is apparent that the office will always be there for us and is committed to our success.  You can always count on corporate to have presence (on your behalf) at major real estate conventions - which is key if you want to make in-roads for future recruiting opportunities as well as developing brand awareness.

3.  On the recruiting front, we have noticed a huge increase in the amount of agents we are bringing aboard.  We have always been aggressive recruiters of agents, but since our partnership with Casa Latino we have seen our agent base increase over 27% in a little over two months.  The difference is the Casa Latino machine working behind us - they are the nudge that pushes the agents on the fence over and the gas that drives the engines of those who want to target the Hispanic and Latino market.  The day we announced our Casa Latino partnership, we signed two agents who we had interviewed in the past, but had not made up their minds.  After seeing our announcement and going online to investigate, they called us back to set up times to sign contracts the next day.

4.  Being branded as a Casa Latino office has also had its other advantages - the media is always looking for items that target the Hispanic and Latino community and what better vehicle is there for that particular demographic than Casa Latino?  Instead of being a mid-sized private office, we are now perceived as a multi-national franchise focused on homeownership for the Latino population - we now get contacted all the time by local media and governmental entities for partnerships, board positions, and community outreach.  Everyone wants a piece of the Latino puzzle, but few are positioned to do so.  Casa Latino has given us that advantage.

5.  Casa Latino is committed to always working towards our success and that of our agents.  We have noticed that they are always looking for ways for Casa Latino offices to outperform the competition.  Whether it is REO partnerships with minority-focused asset management groups, new technologies for agent efficiency and productivity, to cutting-edge online marketing tools and products designed to generate more leads, Casa Latino is always developing partnerships and identifying associate companies for the benefit of its offices.

6.  One of the things that I, as a broker-owner, have enjoyed thoroughly thus far is the open communications with the other offices across the nation.  I have found that although I have 'friends' in the industry, at the end of the day we are still competing for the same business locally.  It is refreshing (and profitable) to gather input on a wide array of topics like recruiting, operations, and income generation with offices across the spectrum - from Phoenix, to Dallas, to Raleigh, North Carolina.  The other franchise owners are all striving for the same thing - to advance the brand and increase profitability.  Communicating openly with other offices who share our vision and values, while not being worried about hurting our own business by empowering a competitor, has been priceless.  Since we have been with Casa Latino, we have increased our various streams of income based on models from other companies and they, in turn, have benefited from the sharing of our various income generation methods and operational procedures.  All the franchise owners have been open books with one another, but we understand we can always learn a more effective and profitable way to run a business.

We look forward to a great 2008, and beyond, and we have been incredibly blessed to have connected with a company that shares our core values and vision.  We look forward to meeting everyone face-to-face at the convention.  If you should have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at (661) 321-0800.
