About Us:
The Balatow Team is not just a name, it is the focus of how we work with every client.
Bill is the Team Leader who makes most in-home presentations to our home and property sellers, is responsible for all buyer contracts, and sets the direction of all our marketing and promotion.
Inga is our Seller Service Coordinator, making sure all our marketing materials are updated for each seller and using her design background to assist with home staging, inspections and repairs.
Each of the primary team members is a licensed Realtor and Broker, ready to assist every client. Our team also includes our company, Allen Tate, the largest Real Estate Company in North and South Carolina and one of the largest firms in the nation. Allen Tate gives our clients the most advertsing exposure, the most active company website and the largest relocation company in the region. We also have a Mortgage Representative and Insurance Agent in-house, just down the hall from our office, to help our clients through these key aspects of the real estate transaction.
