About Me:
I strive to provide High Quality Photography services that help sellers & agents get more effective results.
I'm a true believer that when Real Estate agents use the services of a Professional Photographer it will no doubt help them win more listings that might have otherwise gone to another agent, especially since many agents overlook the importance that professional Photography truly makes.
Time after time, I've seen many of my clients that promote their use of professional photography increase the number of listings they get, simply by presenting the services of my high resolution photogrpahy and online virtual tours. As long as they are priced correctly, the homes that are properly staged and updated, along with professional photography usually sell much quicker than comparable homes that are not.
With my years of photography experience and as a former Realtor I know how to photograph a home properly, and while many of my clients trust my judgment when it comes to selecting the best views, I always welcome another set of eyes to bring additional insights & opinions to the photography shoots, since working together as a team almost always produces better results. With digital photography they can have a good idea what the shot will look like right there, and this feedback is invaluable in choosing just the right angles and perspectives.
I have over 15 years of photography experience, and regularly work, read & train to improve my skills in the field. Photography is a never ending process of learning & growing with the changes in photography technologies.
I've shot hundreds of homes and properties in the Puget Sound area.
I have 2 Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of Akron, Ohio.
I've called Western Washington my home since 1992, and have lived in Redmond, Sammamish, Seattle, West Seattle, Renton and Kent.
I work with several real estate agents throughout the Puget Sound area. My work has been featured on the Cover of John L Scott's Quarterly Magazine, and has also appeared in Residence Magazine, The Puget Sound Business Journal and several other local Real Estate Marketing Publications.

Current Examples of my Work
I provide High Resolution Photography, 360 Degree Panoramic Tours, Online Virtual Tours and Aerial Photography primarily for Real Estate agents, but I've also worked directly with homeowners too.
I strive to provide the highest quality images at a reasonable price, and work hard to edit, develop and optimize my clients' photos to make the best impressions possible. This includes color correction and state of the art developing techniques to bring out the best images possible.
I don't just shoot pictures and upload them to a website. I literally spend 3-5 hours or more on a typical 15 shot photo Real Estate listing, where I do extensive editing, touchup, and color corrections to develop your photos to bring out the right colors, contrast, brightness and details.
I'm not happy unless my customers are.
My pricing includes custom developing and editing to produce photos that bring impact to the listing. With many cloudy days in Western Washington, I also provide free "Blue Sky Backgrounds" for all of my outdoor shots (if needed & wanted by the customer) & for no extra charge. That first main photo of the home is the most important of all, since it will usually either draw the viewer in, or send them looking for something more appealing. My goal is to have ALL of my customers' photos look as appealing as possible.
I also offer custom Webpage Slideshow Tours that have background music you can select from my music library. With a wide selection of background music that my clients select themselves, I feel that I offer a lot more than just photography, and give my clients' & their customers a memorable viewing experience.
Since most Real Estate websites are limited in the size & quality of their photos, an online virtual tour that links to both the MLS and the Real Estate agent's website is vital to show off the quality of the home with larger & high quality photos.
I also offer a CD Multimedia Slideshow that makes for a great gift to both the buyer and seller, and also works great for listing presentations.
