- I am the broker/owner of EXiT First Capital Realty in Chillicothe. We opened our brokerage in February, 2008. Have won many sales awards at the state and local levels.

Exit First Capital Realty opened in February, 2008. We now have 4 full time agents plus myself. We are an active HUD local listing broker for Ohio. We accept referrals.
The broker is also the President of the local association and heavily involved locally in the association activities as well as involved with many Ohio Association of REALTORS committees and on the OAR board of directors.
We cater to residential, commercial, and land sales in Ross, Pike, Jackson and Vinton counties.
