William D. Queen has been a real estate broker for more than 30 years. He began his practice in California and has been practicing in Richmond, Virginia since 1988. He has never had a buyer, seller or fellow agent file any kind of complaint against him in any jurisdiction. William D. Queen has completed thousands of transaction in residential, raw land, farms and a few small commercial projects.

To Anyone In Need Of A Great Agent
Bill Queen found me $50,000 out of thin air. I bought my current home through Bill in December 2007. The property had two lots, one of which had a tax value of almost zero. I asked Bill if I could sell the second lot and he told me I could sell it because it was a legal lot but he was not sure that it would bring much of a price. There is a 50 foot wide utility sewer & storm drain easement running through the center of the quarter acre lot. Bill said he would look into it. Bill did his research and met several times with the county planning department. Bill developed a site plan that resulted in a building permit issued by the county. Bill listed the lot and sold it to a home builder for $50,000. In the meanwhile my home, without the second lot, appraised for $8,000 more than what I had paid just a few months ago. That's why I say that Bill found me $50,000 out of thin air.
