I was out looking at house's on my own,when I met Bill. He was showing houses in the area I was trying to move into.
From our very first meeting until even after I was in my house, he was very professional, respectful, courteous, diligent, He listened to want I wanted and needed and gave me feedback,he was also persistent (at helping to get the house I really wanted, and that I would be happy with!) he was always there when I had questions,and concerns and believe me I had a lot, and when problems arose he was very supportive, and did not bat an eye, but helped me work through them all, even if it meant going to someone else to get solutions! Or bringing the contract papers to me in bad weather to sign because I could not make it to Hot Springs, and there was no other way to get the time sensitive papers to me!

Some "fluff" about me...big whooo..

First... I love, and I mean LOVE the Hot Springs, Arkansas area. Secondly, I LOVE finding a home for people in Hot Springs... why would you want to live elsewhere??? It's just the right size, has nature and lakes all around it, has good services, good medical, loads of restaurants, good schools... so what are you waiting for???? Start planning the MOVE!!!

I grew up in Atlanta, GA. I do NOT like traffic. After marrying a wonderful girl from Hot Springs, we returned... that was over 30 years ago, and I STILL tell her that I never regret for a moment moving here, raisng our family here... watching them raise THEIR families here... it's wonderful.

I retired from a 28 year career with the Arkansas State Parks. Which was 28 years involving a broad spectrum of training and skills aquired and delivered. Among them were PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, education, CUSTOMER SERVICE, law enforcement, food service, MANAGEMENT, tourism... PROBLEM SOLVING.  Even though this skill set is not entitled "Real Estate Sales", do you see how this skill set can help in a real estate setting???
