Proven performance in a challenging market. No pressure, no pushing. Straight shooting.
Admittedly, I had Waaay too much profile here for a long time. Here are some truths, and you can find more on my website if you click HERE. You can also go there if you want a no pressure place to look through the listings currently active in Hot Springs, Arkansas... I DON'T make you register, so there's no way I can "bug" you.
Truth: around 80-90% of buyers begin their search on the internet.
Truth: MOST of those people are "just looking" and don't want to be "sold" or "pitched" to.
Truth: MOST of those people honestly need help to wade through all the stats and goop that is out there.
If you want some help, from someone that stays on top of the residential market in Hot Springs Arkansas, that offers a NO PRESSURE environment (I didn't want it either when I was looking for a home before I became a licensed agent), someone that will go through all the listings (not just his, or his agency's) with you. Someone that will be with you every step of the way through the process from looking to closing (and beyond if you need it), Contact me for a quick consult! There's NOT going to be a net thrown over you...no big iron door will close... just some straight talk about you, your goals, the market here in Hot Springs, and what WE need to do to move you toward your goals of either finding that home you have been looking for, or finding that buyer for the property you would like to sell.
There are lots of testimonials on my website, www.BillSellsHotSprings.com and also on zillow.com in the profile there...and they are from clients, not Aunt Mary Ann ha ha.. I have a hard time asking clients to put up testimonials... but this IS a business. More recent ones are on my profile on Zillow and some are on the website.
We can't thank you enough for helping us make our dream of home ownership become a reality. You really went above & beyond. You're the hardest working (& best) realtor we know and we're so thankful that we had you guiding us. Thanks again.
Jeremy & Kristal Mackey [First time homebuyers, Hot Springs, Arkansas]
We recently purchased a home near Hot Springs, Arkansas and were fortunate to stumble upon Bill Saunders. We could not have asked anything more of our real estate agent from the first tour to closing. He kept us informed of developments and completed tasks for us above and beyond his usual duties due to our distance from Hot Springs prior to closing. He is fun and personable, as well as knowledgeable and professional. His laugh helped lighten the usual hassles in the mountain of preclosure paperwork and we feel we gained a new friend. Anyone involved in a real estate transaction would be fortunate to have Bill on your side.
Bill Saunders was an awesome real estate agent at a time when we were searching for a vacation home. Our wants and needs were his wants and needs, our issues were his issues, our concerns were his concerns. He was dedicated to finding us the perfect place. Bill really looked out for us all through the process of making an offer to closing to moving in to making sure all was well. He represented us when we could not be in town and went above and beyond in an effort to make sure we were satisfied and happy. A true gentleman, a great real estate agent, and a new friend - that's Bill Saunders.
George and Sandra Brock, (often found vacationing in Diamondhead/ Hot Springs, Arkansas)
I was out looking at house's on my own, when I met Bill. He was showing houses in the area I was trying to move into. From our very first meeting until even after I was in my house, he was very professional, respectful, courteous, diligent, He listened to want I wanted and needed and gave me feedback,he was also persistent (at helping to get the house I really wanted, and that I would be happy with!) he was always there when I had questions, and concerns and believe me I had a lot, and when problems arose he was very supportive, and did not bat an eye, but helped me work through them all, even if it meant going to someone else to get solutions! Or bringing the contract papers to me in bad weather to sign because I could not make it to Hot Springs, and there was no other way to get the time sensitive papers to me!
I will be forever grateful to him, and now count him among my Friends
Happy Home Owner at Last,
Elizabeth D. Ryburn
Some "fluff" about me...big whooo..
First... I love, and I mean LOVE the Hot Springs, Arkansas area. Secondly, I LOVE finding a home for people in Hot Springs... why would you want to live elsewhere??? It's just the right size, has nature and lakes all around it, has good services, good medical, loads of restaurants, good schools... so what are you waiting for???? Start planning the MOVE!!!
I grew up in Atlanta, GA. I do NOT like traffic. After marrying a wonderful girl from Hot Springs, we returned... that was over 30 years ago, and I STILL tell her that I never regret for a moment moving here, raisng our family here... watching them raise THEIR families here... it's wonderful.
I retired from a 28 year career with the Arkansas State Parks. Which was 28 years involving a broad spectrum of training and skills aquired and delivered. Among them were PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, education, CUSTOMER SERVICE, law enforcement, food service, MANAGEMENT, tourism... PROBLEM SOLVING. Even though this skill set is not entitled "Real Estate Sales", do you see how this skill set can help in a real estate setting??? I do, and it has... especially the CUSTOMER SERVICE.... If you connect the dots and want a customer oriented, dedicated, loyal and extremely ethical person working on YOUR team in this decision, give me a shout for a quick consultation. I'm a pretty straight shooter and I'd be delighted to help you reach your goals, whether finding a wonderful house for you to call home, or to help bring a buyer to your wonderful home so they can call it theirs...
