Thre are hundreds of Hot Springs homes for sale we have access to) You have to register to do so, and one of our salespeople might give you a call or an email. Give me a call or shoot me an email, and I will take up the search for you and send you extra info, (even go over and take more pictures for you) so you can make a more informed decision. You need a full-time agent that will work with YOU to market your property. I do not take many listings because listings take quite a bit of time...but the ones I do take have good internet presence, good photography, meaningful discriptions and they are both marketed to buyers (I work with a LOT of buyers, so that's good for my listing folks) and to local agents (who have worked hard to obtain even more buyers!)
Oh...and your property would be marketed/listed on over 20 real estate websites, and be placed on an enhanced ad, featured on the number 1 real estate website (waiting for your property ;) ) and has purchased 25% of the featured space for Hot Springs, Arkansas on another of the top 3. You're well covered.
I view a listing as a team effort, though. You have to work with me also. We discuss your property, often in a "tough love" light.
You need not be alone, nor in the dark. You need to know what is happening...not only with YOUR listing, but those that are competing with yours, and MOST importantly...those that have sold ("Sold" is a good word, no???).
You probably would like to "be in the loop" on developments. Imagine...an agent that returns your calls promptly and gives you reports on activity.

I was out looking at house's on my own,when I met Bill. He was showing houses in the area I was trying to move into.
From our very first meeting until even after I was in my house, he was very professional, respectful, courteous, diligent, He listened to want I wanted and needed and gave me feedback,he was also persistent (at helping to get the house I really wanted, and that I would be happy with!) he was always there when I had questions,and concerns and believe me I had a lot, and when problems arose he was very supportive, and did not bat an eye, but helped me work through them all, even if it meant going to someone else to get solutions! Or bringing the contract papers to me in bad weather to sign because I could not make it to Hot Springs, and there was no other way to get the time sensitive papers to me!
