Billy has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since early 2004 and he recently completed his educational requirements for his Real Estate Broker's License. Prior to his real estate career, Billy worked in corporate sales and business development in managerial and director positions in the industries of technology, media, radio, tv, print and the internet as well a private fund raising for large commercial real estate investments. He has presented and sold to nearly every major movie, music and theme park company's executive boards from Orlando to New York to Los Angeles. This solid background gives his clients a leg up when it comes time to negotiate a solid deal. His clients take comfort in knowing they have a true professional working on their behalf. I work in all aspects of real estate with my focus being South Florida.  I work with buyers and sellers.  I love helping people sell their homes for the highest profit possbile and truly enjoy seeing someone purchase their new home.  I also enjoy working with my investors on investment properties and commercial properties.

First time buyers, secondary homes, investments, whatever - it is always fun to see someone acquire a new property.  The smiles never change and are always enjoyable. 

I also work with investors to find and secure solid investment opportunities.  I work with individual investors to purchase and sell commercial real estate. 

Finally, I have worked with LLC's in the past to raise funds for down payments on commercial properties.
